Terms and Conditions of Fun in Port Tour Company

1. Booking Confirmation:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking if full payment or the required deposit is not received by the specified deadline.


2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made by customers:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made by Fun in Port:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by customers due to tour cancellations.


3. Changes to Bookings:

  • Changes to bookings, including tour dates or the number of participants, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the tour date.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability.


4. Health and Safety:

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the chosen tour activities.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

  • Fun in Port reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit for the tour activities due to health or safety concerns.


5. Liability:

  • While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of our customers, Fun in Port will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation in our tours, except where negligence on our part is proven.

  • Participants are advised to arrange their travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.


6. Tour Itinerary:

  • Tour itineraries provided by Fun in Port are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, local events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We will make every effort to notify customers of any changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.


7. Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow participants, tour guides, and local communities.

  • Fun in Port reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or potentially harmful to others.


8. Privacy Policy:
